Information for Partners
Partnering with Simply Expenses will provide mutual benefits as it provides a new revenue stream from your existing customer base but allows you to maintain control of the customer relationship.
Much like the referrer programme, you can send your visitors to the Simply Expenses website where they can sign up, test and explore the application. However, the difference comes if they like it and decide to stay:
- You will provide first line support so your relationship stays strong, although we'll support you and still help if a customer contacts us directly;
- We'll invoice you directly (at a reduced rate) for each customer account you look after;
- You charge your customer based on the information we provide about their number of users;
- You settle this account within 30 days, probably after you've been paid yourselves.
The partner rate provides 40% commission, meaning you pay only 60% of the standard cost per user. We do, however, ask you to set a maximum of £2.00 per user per month as this is a publically advertised rate (you may, if you wish, lower this rate as a special offer to your customers).
